About imadetools
imadetools makes small, private browser tools for preparing application documents: photos, signatures and PDFs for government, exam and job forms.
It is an independent project built and maintained by a solo developer to make everyday document preparation easier.
What we offer
- Free tools anyone can use without signing up. Today that is the photo resizer & compressor, which also resizes signatures using form presets. A dedicated signature cleanup tool and PDF tools are planned.
- An operator workspace (planned, ₹499 per month) for cybercafés, print shops and CSC centres that prepare documents for customers every day. It is not on sale yet. We are focusing on the free tools first, with optional feedback from people who use them.
How the tools handle your files
The photo tool works inside your web browser. Your photo is resized and compressed on your own device and is not uploaded to us or anyone else. See the privacy policy for details.
What we are not
imadetools is an independent project. We are not connected to, or approved by, any government department, exam body or recruiting organisation. Always follow the official instructions for the form you are filling. Meeting a size or file-size limit does not by itself guarantee that an application will be accepted.
